Principles to be Followed in Construction of Small Suction Dredgers
The dredger is used to clear the channel and river silt so that other ships can pass through smoothly.
The following four principles should be followed in the construction of small suction dredgers.
1. The dredger shall make full use of surface water, reasonably develop groundwater and make overall arrangement for groundwater and surface water.
2. The number of wells and production capacity of each aquifer shall be determined according to the supplementary capacity of each aquifer, so as to achieve layered water intake, shallow, medium and deep combination and reasonable layout.
3. It is necessary to make unified planning with the governance geometry of drought, flood, alkali and salinity, so as to ensure irrigation, reduce groundwater level and prevent alkali and waterlogging.
4. In the process of utilizing groundwater, it is necessary to strengthen management to avoid adverse consequences caused by blind exploitation.
