Operation Process of Suction-dredger Boat
Dredgers are mainly responsible for dredging the silt in waterways and rivers so that other ships can pass smoothly.
1. Before the operation of the dredger, check or drive the empty vehicle for test run, pay attention to whether the lubrication is good, and do not use dirty and unqualified lubricating oil when adding lubricating oil. And always pay attention to whether the temperature rise is normal.
2. After receiving the ship transfer instruction, all operators shall take their places and prepare for ship transfer.
3. Mark the setting out and the scale of setting out, and slowly set out and setting out after confirming that the gun line is supervised.
4. The clutch brake handle of the dredger needs to be checked to see if it is completely loosened before the winch is started, so as to avoid scalding the motor during loaded startup.
5. During operation, observe whether the drum at the channel mouth rotates flexibly. During cable take-up, the steel wire ropes shall be arranged in order and shall not be crossed or overlapped. People shall not stand at the included angle of the steel wire rope.
