Attention points in operation of secondary water washing sand dredger：
1. The second washing sand dredger should be flexible when moving and lifting the bridge according to the actual working conditions. When digging large stones and mud on the bucket, it must be cleaned out manually;
2. Always check the chain screws, pins and the fixed points and fasteners of the transmission system;
3. When the machine stops, the sand in the hopper should be less than 1 / 2, and the bridge should be lifted slowly until the underwater quadrangle wheel comes out of the water. If there is no sand in the hopper, shut down all water pumps, cylindrical screens and conveyors, and then stop the diesel engine.
4. In case of strong wind (above level 6), it should be shut down temporarily to avoid failure. When repairing or replacing parts, it should be shut down to avoid personal injury.
