How to maintain sand dredger in winter?

1. Maintenance items every 100h. Boom cylinder head pin shaft; Boom foot pin; Boom cylinder rod end;

Pin shaft of stick cylinder head; Connecting pin of boom and stick; Stick end of stick cylinder; Bucket cylinder head pin shaft; Connecting pin of half link; Stick end of bucket and bucket cylinder; Bucket cylinder head pin shaft; Connecting pin of stick connecting rod; Check the oil level in the rotary mechanism box (add oil); Drain water and sediment from the fuel tank.

2. Maintenance items every 250h. Check the oil level in the final drive box (add gear oil);

Check the battery electrolyte; Replace the oil in the engine oil pan and the engine filter element;

Lubrication of slewing bearing (2 places);

Check the tension of fan belt, and check the tension of air conditioning compressor belt, and make adjustment.

3. Maintenance items every 500h. At the same time, every 100 and 250h maintenance items are carried out; Replace the fuel filter element; Check the height of lubricating grease on the rotary pinion (add lubricating grease); Check and clean radiator fins, oil cooler fins and cooler fins; Replace the hydraulic oil filter element;

Change the oil in the final drive box (only after 500h, once after 1000h);

Clean the air filter elements inside and outside the air conditioner system;

Replace the hydraulic oil vent filter element.

4. Long term storage. When the machine is stored for a long time, in order to prevent the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder from rusting, the working device should be placed on the ground;

After cleaning and drying, the whole machine is stored in a dry indoor environment;

If it can only be stored outdoors, the machine should be parked on the cement floor with good drainage; Before storage, fill up the fuel tank, lubricate all parts, change the hydraulic oil and engine oil, apply a thin layer of grease on the exposed metal surface of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, remove the negative terminal of the battery, or remove the battery and store it separately;

According to the ambient temperature, add an appropriate proportion of antifreeze into the cooling water; Start the engine once a month and operate the machine to lubricate the moving parts and charge the battery at the same time; Turn on the air conditioner and run for 5-10min.
