Yanghe Reservoir Ecological Restoration Project
The government has carried out dredging, sludge resource utilization, and tailwater treatment of Yanghe Reservoir for the ecological restoration and water conservation of the city.
After investigation, it was found that Yanghe Reservoir contains a large amount of fine sand and sludge, and one side of the reservoir is on a hillside, so there are no roads, no way to store sand, and it is also difficult to handle a large amount of sludge. Due to these factors, selecting a reasonable equipment plan is very long.
Qingzhou Yongsheng Dredging Equipment conducted an on-site inspection and collaborated with the local government. After 30 days of careful design tailored to local conditions, the construction party has decided on a feasible plan:
1) Using two 4000 cubic meter flow dredgers for mining and transportation to the shore, with mature technology and the lowest cost;
2) Using 4 sets of large-scale assembly line sand washing devices, the output can reach 1400 tons per hour;
3) A platform in the form of large terraced fields is used to store fine sand as a material yard, and remote conveyor belts are used for transportation, allowing for unloading at any location for convenient transportation by vehicles;
3) Get 1 ton of iron powder every 5 minutes, greatly improving efficiency!
4) The sludge treatment adopts a pressure filtration solidification scheme, which is convenient for transportation and road construction.
After several months of production and assembly, all equipment was successfully tested, effectively restoring the reservoir's flood control and economic benefits functions, eliminating endogenous pollution in the reservoir, and playing a huge role in reservoir management and capacity expansion.
