Why Do We Choose Cutter Suction Dredgers?
The cutter suction dredger uses a rotating cutter to loosen the soil at the river bottom or seafloor, mix it with cement into mud, suck it into the pump body through the suction pipe and send it to the sludge discharge area through the sludge discharge pipe.
During the construction of cutter suction dredger, dredging, transportation and unloading are integrated with high efficiency.
It is applicable to the dredging of inland rivers, lakes and coastal ports with small wind waves and low flow velocity. Compared with the excavated sand, sandy loam, sludge and other soil, it has the following advantages:
(1) Cutter suction dredgers are widely used and can operate in rivers, lakes and seas for dredging, channel excavation and reclamation.
(2) Cutter suction dredger has high working efficiency, large output and long pump distance
(3) Cutter suction dredger is simple to operate and easy to control.
