The Reason for the High Temperature of Dredger Bearing
As the dredger plays an increasingly important role in the field of dredging, a series of problems appear in its operation. The following explanations are made for the problem that the dredger bearing temperature is too high:
1. The amount of lubricating oil is insufficient.
The insufficient amount of lubricating oil directly affects the working efficiency of dredger.
2. Lubricating oil is too thick or too thin
Most of the heat generated by the main bearing of the dredger in the working process is carried away by lubricating oil, and the remaining part will be conducted out by the metal.
When the lubricating oil is too thick, the fluidity will become very poor. Because heat cannot be taken away, the dredger's main bearing heats up.
However, if the lubricating oil is too thin, the oil film of liquid friction cannot be formed, which leads to the direct friction of the metal parts of the dredger, thus causing the bearing temperature to be too high.
Lubricating oil is too thick or too thin in most cases because the type of oil is not properly selected, or the type of oil is basically suitable, but the temperature is too low to increase the consistency of the oil and poor fluidity. The way to deal with it is to re-choose the lubricating oil, or stop the supply by using cold water or heating with a heater.
3. Lubricating oil deterioration
Lubricating oil deterioration will lose its lubrication performance, so it will also lead to the dredger bearing heat. In addition to replacing lubricating oil, the treatment method should also clean the lubricating part, oil pipe, oil tank and so on.
4. The scraping of uranium tile surface does not meet the requirements
When scraping the bearing surface, if the tile is not enough, and the hollow journal is too tight, the bearing bush heating will be caused. The way to deal with it is to check the scraping quality of the uranium tile surface and scrape it again until it meets the technical requirements.
5. Fall into sundry
When the debris enters the friction surface of the journal and bearing bush, it will seriously destroy the cooperation of the two, aggravate the friction of the surface drawing groove of the bearing bush and the journal, so as to cause the heat of the dredger bearing shaft. The way to deal with it is to eliminate debris and re-scrape the uranium tile.
